By using Litly (the "app"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

What Litly is
Litly is a minimalist trivia app. You answer multiple-choice questions; you can run timed or limited matches; you can play solo or in live and asynchronous duels with friends; you can play in English or Serbian. The app is free and ad-free.
Use of the app
You agree to use Litly for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our content database for redistribution.
- Use automated tools (scrapers, bots) to download questions in bulk.
- Submit reports, feedback, suggested questions, or display names that are abusive, illegal, infringing, or contain personal data of others.
- Interfere with the operation of the app or our backend (Supabase).
We may block access from devices abusing the service.
User-submitted content
When you submit a question suggestion, a report, feedback, or set a display name, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, store, edit, and (for suggested questions) publish that content within the app. Don't submit anything you don't have the right to share. We may edit, reject, or remove any submission at our discretion.
Content and accuracy
Trivia questions and explanations are written by us or generated with AI assistance and reviewed for quality. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that every fact is correct. If you find a mistake, please use the Report this question feature in the app — it goes straight to our triage queue and we appreciate the help.
We may add, remove, or change questions at any time without notice.
Donations
The "Donate" link in the app opens Ko-fi, an external service. Donations are voluntary, non-refundable, and do not entitle you to any product, feature, or special access. They help cover server costs and content generation. Ko-fi and PayPal handle the payment under their own terms.
Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties — express or implied — about availability, accuracy, fitness for any purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of progress, missed answers, or wrong trivia answers used in arguments.
Termination
You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may discontinue the app or restrict your access to it (in cases of abuse) at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Belgrade, Serbia.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when our practices or the app changes. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
